Here we are up to colors 30 and 31. Custom mixed. In fact, 17 is custom mixed, 21 is not. Everything above 21 I made myself.

I can see now just how dim my dining room is during the day.
And let me tell you, my husband was just tickled beyond belief that this is now his dining room and living room. I mean, who wouldn't want to come home from a business trip to find this?

12 or 23 (purple- grey???) Looks like it would be a nice compliment to your kitchen.
I like 8 and 14 for the dining room. I like 14, 19, 29, 27, 15, or 10 for the living room.

i see where your now-windowless dining room originally did have a window, possibly a large bay window. Then a previous owner knocked out more of the wall & built the family room, trapping the dining room forever in the center of the architecture, without any access to the outdoors.
yes it is dim, your dining room. Someone - jennifer i think - has already praised # 10. Perhaps not for the entire room. Perhaps below the chair rail - it is a chair rail, right, and not a plate rail ? - and perhaps a much paler tint of it, a kind of pale apricot, above.
i don't see brown at all in this darkening hall. Please remember that you will, before too long, experience a biting cold northern winter, with short days and little light, so a warm dining room like a heart at the center of everything could be a welcome sight.
